We are currently seeking a Brand Advocate to join our team. As a Brand Advocate, you will be responsible for promoting and representing our clients' brands to consumers. This role involves engaging with customers, educating them about the brand's products or services, and fostering positive brand experiences. If you are energetic, outgoing, and passionate about building connections with consumers, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of the brand, representing its values and mission to consumers.
  • Engage with customers in-person at various promotional events, retail locations, and marketing activations.
  • Educate consumers about the features, benefits, and values of the brand's products or services.
  • Build rapport with customers and establish positive relationships to drive brand loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product usage and provide samples or demonstrations to showcase key selling points.
  • Gather feedback from consumers and relay it to the marketing team for insights and improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and strategies for brand promotion.
  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor at all times to enhance the brand experience for consumers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in brand advocacy, promotional marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships with consumers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and promotions.
