We are a corporation of 35,000 employees with operations in more than 35 countries.ResponsibilitiesSetup and control of work at all customer sites being serviced by our local branch(es)Construction worker recruitment and performance/productivity managementTake part in job Bid ReviewsPerform Job Briefings (to Field Construction Manager/job Supervisors)Assign Crew Allocations to each job based on skill requirements and cost profileInitial arrangement of job equipment rentals and maintaining relationship with equipment suppliersArrange all other job setup activities, ie: pre-job purchasingMonitor and manage job Cost/Profit dailyPerform Field Sales/estimating support for Change ordersPerform emergency purchasing (Company credit card) as requiredProvide direct site supervision when requiredPerform Monthly Safety InspectionsCheck in with customers for performance feedback when making site visitsAny other reasonable request by direct or senior managementQualificationsMust have minimum of 4 years experience.Must have Estimating experience.Must be capable of reading blueprints.Must have a general knowledge of construction practices and an in-depth understanding of industrial and commercial scaffold construction principles and techniques.Superior problem-solving ability.Ability to analyze qualitative data.Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills.Working knowledge of application software including Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.Preferably working knowledge of MS Projects, Primavera, or other PM software applications.BrandSafway, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, age, disability, special disabled or Vietnam or other era veteran status.Notice to all potential job candidates:Please be advised that BrandSafway will never require or ask for any fee from you in exchange for being considered, hired, promoted, transferred or having ongoing employment with us.
