Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Able to learn all aspects of the retail/restaurant fish business
  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct daily 5 minutes pre-shift meetings
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Hold all kitchen staff, Sushi staff, and restaurant staff to all policies and procedures.
  • Able to lift Minium of 25 lbs.
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
