JOB PURPOSE

Unicoin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Listing Manager to lead our efforts in establishing partnerships and negotiating listing deals with cryptocurrency exchanges. As the Listing Expert Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Unicoin's market reach, increasing liquidity for our tokens, and driving growth in our ecosystem.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive listing strategy for Unicoin's tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges, including both centralized and decentralized platforms.
  • Identify and prioritize target exchanges based on factors such as market volume, user base, geographical coverage, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with Unicoin's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, exchange operators, and business development teams at target exchanges, and negotiate favorable listing terms and conditions.
  • Lead the end-to-end listing process, including due diligence, application submission, technical integration, and post-listing support, to ensure a smooth and successful listing experience for Unicoin's tokens.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, legal, compliance, and marketing teams, to gather necessary documentation, address exchange requirements, and coordinate listing activities.
  • Monitor market trends, exchange listings, and regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency industry, and leverage insights to optimize listing strategies and identify new listing opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to exchange listings, including trading volume, liquidity, and price performance, and provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in exchange listing practices, token economics, and blockchain technology, and share relevant insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Unicoin  at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, build relationships with exchange partners, and identify potential listing opportunities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications in blockchain or cryptocurrency are a plus.
  • Proven experience (6 + years) in business development, partnership management, or exchange listing roles in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, and market dynamics, with a track record of successfully negotiating and securing listings for digital assets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem, including exchange operators, listing managers, and business development professionals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate Unicoin's value proposition and negotiate favorable listing terms with exchange partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to prioritize opportunities, execute deals, and drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, evaluate exchange performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize listing strategies.
