Responsible for handling the day-to-day activities of the Tech Department: scheduling, repairs, maintenance and preventive maintenance of all Gaming Control and Surveillance Department equipment. Handles all installations and upgrade of cameras and equipment throughout the casino, tribal administration and tribal housing as needed. Maintain a detailed inventory of all equipment needed and used by the Tech Department. The Lead Gaming Technician is responsible for handling all quotes and orders for the Tech Department. Must maintain confidentiality of all department activities. The Lead Gaming Technician’s schedule will be dictated by business needs, may be called back in to work in an emergency situation. The Lead Gaming Technician will work closely with several departments in the Casino and all Tribal entities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Two years’ experience of installing cameras and access control systems, as well as networking and programming.
  • Must have experience in electronics with emphasis on high and low voltage.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Previous casino experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Must have valid Driver's License and be insurable.
