Position Overview

Are you ready to be the linchpin that ensures quality healthcare, seamless patient care, and a dynamic communication flow between patients, healthcare providers, and our dedicated team? As a Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry & Customer Service at Strive Pharmacy, your role is nothing short of extraordinary. You're the heart of our commitment to excellence, safeguarding the highest standards of compliance as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll:

  • Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing.
  • Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.
  • Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.
  • Working to fulfill KPIs in production fulfillment zones
  • Apply the highest level of technical attention to detail
  • Grow with us through three distinct performance levels, each with its own set of challenges and rewards::
    • Beginner: Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day, laying the foundation for your career in pharmaceutical care.
    • Intermediate: Handle 100 to 175 prescriptions per day, honing your skills and contributing to our collective success.
    • Advanced: Exceed 175 prescriptions per day, leading the way in efficiency and quality, setting new standards in the industry.
Required Qualifications
  • A GED or high school diploma
  • A clean criminal record with no felonies
  • Completion of a recognized PTCB course
  • An active State technician or technician trainee license
Desired Skills
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Background in customer service
  • Background in data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
Work Environment
  • Regularly stand to communicate and engage with patients and colleagues.
  • Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Occasionally stand and walk within the facility.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds.
  • Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists.
