Position Overview:
The Assistant Clinic Manager is a critical position in the success of SkinSpirit. This role is responsible for supporting the Clinic Manager in positioning the business for consistent growth by ensuring daily operations are smooth and effective, and ensuring the clinic is delivering the highest level of service to clients. The Assistant Clinic Manager also plays a key role in supporting employee development, allowing their team the opportunities to meet and exceed their goals.
Schedule:
Candidate MUST have availability to work any shift to support business hours. This will include some Saturdays and evenings.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Clinic Manager in managing all aspects of daily clinic operations, such as organizing workflow, optimizing schedules, addressing client feedback, and other administrative duties
- Support the Clinic Manager in meeting and exceeding monthly revenue goals as set by the Regional and Executive Leadership Team
- Monitor progress toward clinic goals such as revenue, margins, new client acquisition, NPS, etc.
- Hold the team accountable for maintaining the highest of standards as related to client service, safety, and compliance
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse team
- Support staff development through 1:1 touch-bases and training
- Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and level of service
- Additional duties and tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/GED required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industry
- Experience managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams and specialized talent to achieve high performance
- A positive attitude and desire to model a growth mindset for employees
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to unexpected situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and active listening skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Fluent computer and phone skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn about new technologies

Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear
- Occasionally lift/or move up to 30 pounds
Pay Range: $27.00 - 42.00/hr* (plus bonus potential)
*Pay will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic location, and market.
