Job DescriptionJob Descriptionwe're seeking a talented candidate to fill our Service & Repair Plumber position. This position will be based out of our Customer Service office in Yorba Linda. Our service area covers most of Southern California from Orange County to Riverside to San Diego.offers a great health and dental insurance plan along with a 401k retirement plan that includes Employer matching along with the opportunity for commission earnings.

Are you a highly motivated plumber, friendly and great with customer interactions, and strive to go above and beyond for those relying on you to help them? We want you to come join our team and provide that for our customers and home builders that we work with on a daily basis. The biggest focus of this position is in sales and promoting our products in non-warranty and warranty homes alike. The candidate should have a strong sales background to promote the various products that we sell. This position also requires a candidate with top notch mechanical skills, ability to diagnose and repair problems on the spot, and be able to handle the rigors of the job on a day-to-day basis along with the additional responsibilities below:
  • General Customer Service:
    • Sell other plumbing products to homeowners
    • Inspect home for other potential plumbing issues
    • Troubleshoot homeowner plumbing-related issues
    • Installation of Tankless Water Heaters
    • Electronic leak detection
    • Repair slab leaks
  • Check in at the shop when necessary to restock and/or turn in paperwork
  • Drive to calls for the day to resolve homeowner issues, write estimates as needed, and sell products via the company iPad
  • Interact with Customer Service Coordinators to complete service calls 100% on the first trip and coordinate future calls from any sales that were made
  • Ensure homeowner's needs are met by listening to their plumbing issues and assessing their home to resolve the service call
  • Maintain your take-home truck
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales w/ Commission selling products to homeowners
  • 5+ years in New Residential Customer Service Plumbing
  • Knowledge of and Experience with Tankless Water Heaters
  • Knowledge of and Experience with current Water Filtration systems
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes
  • Able to troubleshoot issues on the spot
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Focused on maintaining a safe environment and strong work ethic
  • Excellent People Skills and Friendliness
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Can pass background check and drug screen
