Requirements:

  • Strong background in photography or other photographic industry
  • Minimum 1 year Business-to-Business Customer Service experience
  • Experience taking inbound phone calls and making outbound phone calls to clients
  • Proficient in assisting clients via the phone without relying on a script
  • Experience communicating to clients via email
  • Proficient in Photoshop and computer skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
