Title: Marketing Intern

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (In person meetings as needed)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Intern to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating and organizing events, managing our content calendar, and assisting with various communications efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination and Organization:
    • Assist in planning and executing intimate dinners and other industry-related events.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    • Project manage the content calendar, ensuring timely creation and publication of blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
    • Collaborate with the content agency and internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for content creation.
  • Communications Assistance:
    • Support the development and distribution of marketing communications
    • Help maintain and update the company website and social media channels with fresh and relevant content.
    • Assist in drafting and editing copy for various marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing or event coordination is a plus.

Compensation: $20/hour - $25/hour

Schedule: 10-20 hours per week
