Core Responsibilities and Duties
• Review Laboratory Reports for Technical Errors• Assess and Flag Risk Factors on Reports Prior to Client Submission• Assist Laboratory Analysts with Technical Questions and Processes• Handle Payments and Communications with Clients on a Daily Basis• Assist Management Staff with Office Management and Betterment Tasks• Participate in a Robust QC System, and Help Identify and Solve Repetitive Errors• Interact with and Service All Clients Equally with Clarity, Kindness, and Respect• Work Collaboratively with Management Staff and Laboratory Analysts to Assist in Advancing and Improving the Laboratory’s Quality Standards.
