Compliance Analyst & Hotel Administrator

PAH Management is searching for a Compliance Analyst & Hotel Administrator to support our executive team. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as analyzing contracts, organizing, and filing files under legal entities/hotels, communicating with outside vendors, city and state governments, develop and maintain templates for hotel use. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, proficient in excel, have legal experience or paralegal experience, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as a data analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing corporate records, documents, and reports.

• Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry

partners.

• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation for

company executives.

• Helping prepare for meetings.

• Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and

presentation software.

• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.

• Keeping a record of due dates on license, contracts, annual reviews.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.

• Paralegal or legal experience

• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

• Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.

Physical requirements

• Long hours are sometimes required.

• Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of

force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
