Facility Operations Supervisor

At Owl Storage

What To Expect In This Position….

The Facilities Maintenance Contractor will work with the Owl Operations Manager to manage the day to day maintenance, safety, and security of the facility. This is a contract role expected to work between 10 - 15 hours a month.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide professional, timely and courteous service on the facility
    • Maintain the grounds and building exterior through landscaping, mowing, litter removal, and repairs to fencing, signage, and lighting
    • Maintain the units and interior through minor repairs and routine cleaning
    • Report all facilities operations, security, health & safety, including the communication and coordination of some external vendors as needed.
    • Manages maintenance and services relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties, improving curb appeal protecting and prolonging the useful life of assets.
    • Communicate professionally and consistently with supervisor reporting updates and needs
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • Team player, detail-oriented, organized, problem-solving, and eager to learn
    • Strong communication skills
    • Self- Storage - Preferred - 1-3 years
    • Maintenance or grounds keeping experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proficient with email, phone txt, and word documents (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
