We have a phenomenal School Psychologist opportunity at one of our partner school districts in Shelton, Washington. This position is a hybrid model, allowing the clinician to work 3 weeks remote and 1 week on-site.
In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being and success of our students through comprehensive psychological assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families.
We are looking for School Psych's who:
- are proactiveabout their own needs and the needs of their caseload

- possess a variety of clinical competencies and the drive to continually learn and improve
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal development and ensure appropriate services for students with special needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
- Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices and interventions within the school setting.
- Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
- Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling services to students in an educational setting preferred.
- Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and evidence-based practices in school psychology.
