Responsibilities
  • Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Work with sellers to promote properties and attract advantageous offers
  • Display and market real estate to potential buyers
  • Maintain up-to-date listings of available properties

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Pleasant and friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older
