Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

 


Position Responsibilities for the Construction Admin:


  • Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs
  • Maintaining construction job client files
  • Invoicing and collecting on invoices
  • Assisting with weekly payroll
  • Creating and maintaining reports in MS Office, Construction Software & Google Docs
  • Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies
  • Filing & submitting daily work tickets; Assisting Project Manager’s

 

Minimum Qualifications for the Construction Admin:


  • Administrative/Clerical Experience required
  • 2+ years of Construction Experience preferred
  • Timberline Software Experience preferred  
  • Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required
  • Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must adhere to company screenings 
  • Must have valid Driver’s License 


Physical Requirements for the Construction Admin:


  • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
  • Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
