Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to meet customer’s parts needs. Pull parts for customer orders and for our service repair and maintenance operations. Package, prepare shipping labels, and ensure parts are timely shipped by appropriate carrier. Supports parts sales representatives assisting walk-in and phone customers when needed.
  • Manage parts inventories. Receive parts from manufacturer and ship parts to customers. Maintain accurate inventory data in computer business systems. Replenish service van stock and put away warehouse stock. Keep parts warehouse clean and organized.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement. Recommend parts process improvements to increase efficiency. Help ensure delivery expense recovery.
Requirements:
  • Some parts shipping, receiving, warehousing or customer service experience is required.
  • Strong organization, problem solving, decision making, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Computer competent including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Pass pre-hire drug screen and background check, and able to drive company vehicle with a valid driver’s license with no recent major violations.
