About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Property Maintenance Technician to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll assist with common area and in-unit work requests, maintenance projects, and operational assignments. If you're passionate about property upkeep and have a knack for handling maintenance tasks efficiently, we want to meet you

Your Mission: Assist with common area and in-unit work requests and maintenance projects.
Ensure properties are maintained to established standards for all physical aspects of buildings, systems, and grounds.
Keep building grounds and common areas clean and in safe condition.
Be available outside of normal business hours for apartment turnovers and general building emergencies.

What You Bring: Familiarity and ability to use common hand tools.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be able to lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds without restrictions.
Positive attitude, good work ethic, and customer service orientation.

Additional Requirements: Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For: Previous experience in property maintenance.
Poised, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Education and Skills Required for the Role:

Education: High School diploma required.
College degree preferred; concentration in business or accounting.

Computer Skills: Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office software. AS400 knowledge helpful.

Additional Responsibilities: The position requires order entry, design (no software skills required), pricing, cost analysis, problem resolution, and assistance in production scheduling at our manufacturing facilities.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability, desire, and interest to learn manufacturing machine capabilities.
  • Experience developing pricing, pricing strategies, and cost analysis.
  • Strong comfort level dealing with accounting and numbers (including decimals and fractions); be detail-oriented and precise.
  • Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as contributing individually.
  • A hands-on approach with constant heavy phone contact with customers (both internal and external) and exposure to every aspect of a Divisional Manufacturing environment.
