Responsibilities
- Help clients choose the right insurance products and provide expert coverage guidance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist with policy reviews to ensure clients have optimal coverage.
- Accurately complete all required documentation.
- Participate in training to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent Farmers Insurance at community and networking events.
Requirements
- Demonstrates a strong passion for assisting others and making a significant positive impact.
- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset accompanied by a robust drive for success.
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Must be willing to obtain any required licencing within a given timeframe.
