At Synaptic Pediatric Therapies, we are more than just a clinic. With 9 growing locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we are a close-knit team dedicated to providing compassionate, top-notch pediatric speech and occupational therapy. Our Garland team is warm, welcoming, and ready to support you in making a real impact in our community.

Your Role:
As our Front Desk Administrator, you will be the heart of our clinic’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while greeting our patients and their families with a smile. From managing appointments to assisting our amazing therapists, you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of empowering children to reach their full potential. This role is a full-time position. Compensation is $18 to $20 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage appointments for new and returning patients
  • Greet families with warmth and professionalism, making them feel right at home
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
  • Handle office tasks like ordering supplies, filing, and managing the reception area
  • Assist therapists with their caseloads and support staff as needed
  • Educate and assist clients with pre-appointment requirements
  • Verify insurance coverage and communicate with insurance companies
  • Take payments and ensure balances are up-to-date


What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in front-office administration
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) to assist out all families
  • Experience with insurance verification
  • Compassion and empathy towards children and families
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR systems is a plus
  • Experience in a pediatric setting is a bonus, but not required
