Description: The client is seeking an experienced Information Security Platform Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and supporting our SaaS security platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and operate SaaS platforms including SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer Risk Management
  • Provide primary technical support for multiple security platforms
  • Engage with staff to enhance operational activities and streamline workflows
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
  • Create documentation and provide training to team members
  • Support audit processes and risk management activities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience
  • 5+ years in information security and SaaS management/administration
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS platform design, implementation, and customization
  • Associate degree in an IT-related field
  • Proficiency in SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer platforms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-leading networking certifications at a professional level
  • Experience with all mentioned SaaS platforms
