Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAlton Refrigeration & Home Furnishings is always looking for a talented people to join our team At present we are looking for secretarial staff to assist in the day to day operations. This position will most likely start as a part time position with the opportunity for full time.

If you are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized, following processes and communicating effectively and playing a key role in helping our team stay efficient, this opportunity may be for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries by answering and directing all incoming phone calls both timely and professionally
  • Perform general office duties, including input of sales orders and sales invoices, filing, and cash register transactions


Qualifications:
  • Previous office and/or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • working knowledge of quick books or other POS systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • General computer proficiency
