What you get to accomplish: 

Assist the Service Manager and Regional Service Manager with continual improvement of overall reconditioning process and service department proficiency.

Daily inputting time sheet information to Salesforce, reviewing/approving ADP punches and scheduling time off for assigned technicians.

Maximizes vehicle inventory turns including, directing recon technicians, managing sublet repairs, ensuring quality, timely reconditioning and repairs.

Handles all ordering of parts, tools, and shop supplies as needed.

Promotes safety in the shop by ensuring work areas are organized, clean and hazard free; reports any safety concerns to the Safety Director.

Works to oversee technicians by assigning new work orders and reviewing completion of jobs for accuracy.

Oversee the preparation of all new/used and used vehicles for resale, schedule required work, and get ready costs; keeping in mind the controlling of costs and quality on all used vans.

What you should possess: 

High school diploma or GED required.

3 years of automotive management experience.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Safety and customer service orientated
