DigitalCM is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our production operations and ensuring high-quality standards in our manufacturing process. Job Summary

  • Operate light manufacturing machines to print and build products
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our custom magnets, laser-etched items, and custom foam kits
  • Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Maintain a clean and organized area, including product displays and promotional materials
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipping or distribution
  • Report any defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required
  • Basic technical aptitude and ability to operate computers
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and the ability to report issues clearly and promptly
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential

Additional Skills

  • Understanding of 3D printing and laser etching
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
