As the Human Services Analyst, you will support various Human Services Departments by managing analytical projects, handling data management tasks, and assisting with billing, ensuring efficient administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle billing and audits for DDS Funded Programs with the Human Services Team, including verifying documentation and preparing invoices.
  2. Help Human Services departments collect and share relevant data promptly.
  3. Support Continuous Improvement by following and assessing current policies and procedures.
  4. Oversee and assist with archiving discharged files.
  5. Participate in CARF accreditation preparation and maintenance.
  6. Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  7. Manage office supply orders through an online ordering portal.
  8. Manage special projects and other assigned duties.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite, Therap (or similar) case management system, ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and databases, e-mail communications, internet applications, and any new application used by the departments.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, communication (verbal and written) skills; strong attention to detail with customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and travel around Connecticut as needed.
  • Valid CT license and daily access to a registered, insured vehicle.
  • Experience working in a non-profit and with persons with disabilities preferred.
  • Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, this position has access to program participants’
