As the Human Services Analyst, you will support various Human Services Departments by managing analytical projects, handling data management tasks, and assisting with billing, ensuring efficient administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and audits for DDS Funded Programs with the Human Services Team, including verifying documentation and preparing invoices.
- Help Human Services departments collect and share relevant data promptly.
- Support Continuous Improvement by following and assessing current policies and procedures.
- Oversee and assist with archiving discharged files.
- Participate in CARF accreditation preparation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Manage office supply orders through an online ordering portal.
- Manage special projects and other assigned duties.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite, Therap (or similar) case management system, ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets and databases, e-mail communications, internet applications, and any new application used by the departments.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, communication (verbal and written) skills; strong attention to detail with customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and travel around Connecticut as needed.
- Valid CT license and daily access to a registered, insured vehicle.
- Experience working in a non-profit and with persons with disabilities preferred.
- Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, this position has access to program participants’
