Program Goal: To train candidates to be confident, competent, and productive veterinarians by the end of this year-long fellowship.

The year will be divided into three sections as follows:
Section 1: Primary Care/Exotics Medicine
Section 2: Emergency Medicine

Fellows to attend weekly Fellow Rounds, where there will be an informal discussion on topics/difficult cases, communication issues, etc.
Fellows are expected to see not only dogs and cats, but also exotics during this fellowship (with mentorship from the Exotics Department).
Fellows will also be expected to attend meetings and mandatory enrichment lectures.
Fellows will be asked to present two Morbidity & Mortality rounds during the year.
Fellows will also be required to participate in Journal Club.
