We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business needs and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations that improve our technology infrastructure and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

    • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and document business processes.
    • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where current systems do not meet business needs.

  • Solution Design & Documentation:

    • Develop and propose IT solutions that meet business objectives, improve efficiency, and provide value.
    • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.

  • Project Management Support:

    • Assist project managers in defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Analyze and map current business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
    • Lead initiatives to improve business processes using IT solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance:

    • Coordinate and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.
    • Ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Training:

    • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track the performance of IT initiatives.
Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related role.
    • Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and ERP/CRM systems.

  • Certifications:

    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
