Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with clients, employees, and external partners on a regular basis.


Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Provide administrative support by organizing and maintaining files and documents
  • Assist with preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as appropriate
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Assist with managing travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services or investment management environment
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
