  • Proficiency in sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in driving CSR initiatives with measurable social and environmental impact.
  • Knowledge of ethical and sustainable supply chain management practices.
  • Ability to stay updated on CSR regulations, trends, and emerging issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for CSR program evaluation and improvement.
  • Familiarity with CSR risk management and crisis response strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and across different functional areas.
  • Relevant certifications in CSR, sustainability, or related fields is a plus.
