We seek a friendly, service-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team. You must be personable and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a friendly, personable disposition.
  • Perform clerical tasks (sorting mail, filing, etc.)
  • Assist in mortgage fulfillment-related tasks such as auditing closing documents and trailing docs.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Maintained and cleaned the break area and kitchen.
Requirements:
  • A basic understanding of the mortgage industry and processes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle confidential documentation in a professional, ethical manner.
  • Professional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to promptly respond to vendor/inter-departmental requests.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook.



Educational Requirements:

  • High school degree
  • Previous clerical-related experience.
