- Implement activities and lessons that encourage empathy, cooperation, and respect among children.
- Use positive reinforcement and modeling to teach children about self-regulation, responsibility, and kindness.
- Create opportunities for children to practice problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements
- Passion for arts education and working with children.
- Ability to handle the unique challenges of an after-school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience in early childhood education or a related field is preferred
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
