We are looking for a high impact administrative professional to join our team in the Champaign office.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience

Skills: The following skills are important for this key position:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A mix of confidence and empathy in communicating with others
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • General aptitude or desire to learn basic accounting concepts to facilitate effective communication with clients
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Quick Books, and Adobe software applications
  • Proficient technology skills with proven ability to learn new software applications and perform work
  • No prior public accounting knowledge required

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide high level administrative support to the business advisory team while collaborating with other members of the M|H team
  • Play a key role in the assembly and processing of various reports and documents
  • Communicate and provide high level customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage key projects
  • Perform a variety of firm-wide administrative duties such as reception, and supporting administrative team members in other departments
