We are looking for a team member to help us continue to grow by analyzing information, data, and revenue, as well as analyzing and improving logistics. Ideal candidate would have finance / data analyst background. Enjoys fast paced projects, and being part of a collaborative team. Looking for a "get it done" attitude, team player, and someone ready to jump right in.

Position Overview: As a Pet Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners seeking assistance with our services. Your role is to provide accurate information, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues while ensuring a positive experience for every caller. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling a variety of calls and emails related to pet services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze routes and stops to optimize revenue. Drive logistics and improvements to our growth.

  • Develop solid refund policies and monitor credit card processing for compliance.

  • Analyze expenses including inventory, staff costs, vehicles / fleet, insurances etc. across multiple regions proposing, implementing and monitoring tools and techniques to ensure accuracy, reduce expenses and eliminate wasteful charges.

  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts / budgets.

  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.

  • A/P, banking and filing compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • - 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting (Internships included)

  • - Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Experience with logistics, route optimization, or operations management.

  • - Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles.

  • - Ability to drive process improvements and policy development initiatives.

  • - Experience working with mobile or service-oriented businesses.
