We are in search of an experienced Inside Account Representative with a manufacturing background

Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience a plus
Responsibilities:
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
· Order entry
· General office administration support
Skills needed:
· 2+ years of customer support experience
· Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer
· Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge
· Strong attention to detail
· Positive and professional demeanor
This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to learn new skills, work as a team, and build a career
