Position Description: SilencerCo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Pricing Associate to join our Sales and Pricing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting pricing, verifying and confirming orders, and supporting the Sales and Pricing Analyst and our sales team to achieve revenue goals. This role is crucial in ensuring competitive pricing, maximizing profitability, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the customer database by entering new and updated information and preparing source files that they will use in computerized formats.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of pricing models and tools.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to align invoicing strategies.
  • Address and resolve any pricing-related issues or discrepancies promptly.

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data on multiple platforms and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of the firearms industry and market dynamics is preferred.
