YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Restaurant Manager, you are directly responsible for the overall management and operation of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction through the maintenance of standard practices. You take charge of regularly training and evaluating all staff members, while also giving final approval on expenses, payments, schedules, leaves, and payroll processing. Your focus on improving productivity and morale involves initiating accountability systems and maintaining an open-door policy with the staff to address problems as they arise. You diligently monitor store cleanliness and conditions and lead your team in exceeding customer satisfaction. Additionally, you establish healthy guest relations by handling guest complaints and strive to hit or even exceed the given sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESTAURANT MANAGER

  • 2+ years of experience as a restaurant manager
  • Experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
  • Experience creating a highly motivated and focused team
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional business acumen
  • Ability to manage change, make effective decisions, and establish/complete goals

Experience working in a Filipino restaurant is a plus
