Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary/Objective

The Project Controls Analyst is accountable for, but not limited to, ensuring product deliverables to revenue realization; maintaining customer database, and preforming special projects to advance program development.

Essential Functions

  • Data Integrity
    • The review of all data in the OMS is Timely, accurate, complete, and consistent.
    • Review WIP finance data and
  • Project Review
    • The review of project to evaluate adherence to the Client contract.
    • Grade Project against financial plan and timeline
    • Communicate with Program/Project managers
    • Recommend corrective action
    • Advise necessary change control
    • Monitor exception reporting and prompt action
  • Assist with Receiving/Invoicing/Billing process and work with finance/IT to cultivate and fine-tune current protocol.
  • Oversee monthly billing: high-level monitoring and scrubs to help meet monthly finance goals and maintain health of overall numbers.
  • Oversee Site/Project Close Out & Financial True-Up Process: Scrub for, delegate, and help identify and track down deliverables for internal Close Out Process to financially true-up and inactivate projects/sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Competencies

  • High level of proficiency with Excel (and Microsoft Office Suite) and databases.
  • Ability to work within established processes--and improve processes as needed--to provide uniform deliverables and performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking and ability to manage and prioritize various projects in multiple markets simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time with little supervision.
  • Proactive in problem solving and teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to follow up with team members and clients until deadlines are met.

Physical Demands

  • Sitting for longer periods of time working on a computer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week – regular hours

Travel

  • Remote role with occasional travel

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Controls Lead or similar position
