Position Overview:

The Site Maintenance Coordinator is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement within our company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our job sites are clean, organized, and ready for each stage of the project. You will work closely with our team to support project timelines by coordinating material deliveries, removing waste, and performing other essential tasks that keep our sites running smoothly.

Compensation:

$25 - $38 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare job sites for daily activities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and organized.
  • Remove trash and debris from job sites regularly to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Pick up and deliver materials to job sites, coordinating with the team to ensure that all necessary supplies are on-site for each phase of the project.
  • Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support the team and project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, or material needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in construction or site maintenance is a plus but not required.
