We are looking for a full time, onsite, passionate, fun and creative Licensed Therapist to join our IOP Team 

We are one of the few addiction treatment centers nationwide who have embraced the proven science of Medication Assisted Treatment to treat and defeat opioid, substance, and alcohol use disorders. Our goal is for each patient to face and defeat addiction, reclaim sobriety, flourish in recovery, and thrive in a successful future.

 

Job Summary


As a primary therapist, you will work closely with each of the clients, and collaborate effectively with the clinical team- to create an effective treatment plan for each of our participants on an individual basis.  You will be providing assistance in the areas of group facilitation, individual counseling, case management, or therapy, curriculum development, discharge planning, transition planning, clinical compliance, and general servicing of clients at the IOP and PHP Levels of Care.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Follow all state of California rules and regulations concerning standards of care.
  • Works with Medical Director, Case Manager, and Program Director.
  • Strictly enforce and support persons served rights and confidentiality of information as required by HIPAA.
  • Promote and maintain good communication and cooperative working relationships with staff, family members, and related treatment team persons.
  • Demonstrate consistent and comprehensive knowledge of skills required to perform job duties and responsibilities.
  • Participates in the documentation of behaviors and communicates to supervising staff promptly.
  • Completes Clinical Assessments in timely manner.
  • Facilitates Group Counseling and/or Therapy
  • Completes and manages utilization review for all clients
  • Maintains clinical compliance initiatives
  • Participates in Clinical Supervision and staff meetings
  • Facilitates Individual Counseling, Case Management, and/or Therapy
  • Works closely with Clinical Team on client health status and presenting conditions.
  • Work closely with doctors to assure a clear and concise line of communication
  • Follow daily shift responsibilities as designed by the Company.
  • Crisis intervention and/or the initiation of emergency protocol if needed, including CPR and calling 911.
  • Support and implement the company philosophy with reference to all program components and persons served personal dignity.
  • And, other duties as assigned.


Pay: $80,000.00 per year DOE
