Position Overview: As our Automotive Office Manager, you will oversee our fast-paced accounting office, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all financial transactions. This full-time position offers a chance to showcase your leadership skills and advance your career in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise and motivate office staff to achieve daily operational goals.
- Financial Management: Conduct bank reconciliations, prepare adjustments, and reconcile accounts.
- Reporting: Generate and review accounting reports, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Collaboration: Assist the Controller with month-end responsibilities and maintain compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum two years in dealership management or similar role.
- Skills: Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of CDK system preferred.
- Communication: Ability to explain financial data clearly and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain high standards of organization in a high-volume environment.
