Life Insurance Producer

Thompson Financial Group is the greater Baltimore general agency for MassMutual with a long history of helping the local community. Your income potential is tied to your performance and your effort. As a professional agent, you can also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
Compensation:$125,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:How will you build business:
- Set goals to grow in the business and develop a niche market based on your passions and interests
- Coordinate and develop joint work opportunities with other advisors to close more cases
- Leverage other products and services such as investments, financial planning strategies, etc., through additional licensing or the licensed specialists at our firm, to increase your income level
- Create a scalable practice where you can focus on what you love and leave the back-office work to us
- Generate leads through networking, social media, and calling
- Participate in community events and associations
Your Skill Set:
- You have 2+ years of experience selling life insurance with a current book of business
- You are independent
- You have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- You're willing to go the extra mile for clients
- You are a strong communicator and able to present information clearly
- You are passionate about helping families find peace of mind with insurance
- You are creative and enjoy finding solutions for your client's needs
