About the Role:
Join our team at Storm Guard of St Louis as a Property Specialist / TPA Xactimate Supplementing. We are a leading company in the restoration industry, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us with supplementing Xactimate estimates and ensuring accurate property assessments.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and supplement Xactimate / Symbility estimates for property damage claims
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, inspectors and clients to gather necessary information needed for supplementing
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of property assessments
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or disputes related to property damage estimates
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and guidelines for property assessments
Requirements:
  • Experience in property assessment, insurance claims, or related field
  • Proficiency in Xactimate / Symbility software and supplementing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
