Your role will involve assisting and collaborating with other team members to plan and execute engaging activities that promote cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and emotional well-being.   • Keep abreast of current federal & state regulations
  • Perform administrative requirements (reports, forms, etc.)

  • Encourage all residents to participate in activities
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent desirable but not required
  • Specialized training or experience in gerontology desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a social or recreation program.
  • Certification as an activity's director by the State of Indian upon hire or within 6 months of hire.
  • 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity in health care related environment preferred.
  • Indiana CNA license preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Schedule: M-F 8A - 4:30P
