SUMMARY / OVERVIEW

The Regional Branch Manager oversees the operational and strategic management of multiple branches.

This role focuses on achieving business goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance

with banking regulations.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement business strategies to meet financial goals, enhance

customer satisfaction, and drive growth across all branches.

Operational Management: Manage daily operations across branches, ensuring alignment with the

bank’s policies and objectives. Oversee financial reporting, budget management, and resource

allocation.

Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and teams. Establish

performance objectives and promote leadership development within the team.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all branches comply with applicable laws and regulatory

requirements. Monitor risk management policies and practices to safeguard bank operations.

Customer and Community Engagement: Enhance customer relationships and represent the bank in

community activities to promote its services and community involvement.

Innovation: Encourage the adoption of modern technologies and processes to improve service delivery

and operational efficiency.


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the implementation of innovative programs, products, and processes within the branch.
  • Communicates goals, plans, and assignments to achieve financial and customer service goals.
  • Monitors sales and service performance against plans to identify gaps, issues, and best practices, and develop and implement action plans that close performance gaps and resolve issues.
  • Influences how teams/groups work together.
  • Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to multiple, interdependent, complex problems.
  • Communicates abstract concepts in simple terms.
  • Fosters strong internal and external networks and works with and across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Anticipates trends and responds by implementing appropriate changes.
  • Establishes priorities to lead the team in developing sales, service, and people strategies that drive sales results.
  • Markets a full range of consumer and small business banking services to existing and prospective clients through proactive techniques such as lobby engagement, outbound telephone calls, marketing campaigns, in-house events, or outside sales calls.
  • Follows and enforces First Federal Bank of Wisconsin policies and procedures.
  • Follows and enforces all state and federal banking regulations.


Requirements:
  • Typically, between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven track record in regional or multi-branch management within the banking industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep knowledge of banking operations, financial strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make strategic decisions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position may require travel between branches and adjustment of work hours, including evenings

and weekends, to meet bank operation needs.
