Job DescriptionJob Description

Busy CPA office seeking Fulltime Quickbooks Expert for co-management position.

Candidates must possess an expert level of QuickBooks knowledge.


Responsibilities include:

  • Monthly write-ups, in QuickBooks for multiple clients
  • Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple clients
  • Preparation of Payroll/Sales Tax Returns for multiple clients
  • Experience with general ledger accounts and journal entrys


Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years minimum QuickBooks experience (online / Desktop)
  • 1 3 years general accounting experience is a plus
  • Experience at a CPA firm is a plus.
