Join our team at Full Nelson Services as a Dispatcher - Service Scheduler and enjoy the benefits of working a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.

As our Dispatcher - Service Scheduler, your days are filled with fast-paced decision-making, organization, and multitasking. You'll manage the dispatch board, coordinate with service experts, and prioritize calls based on urgency and revenue. You will ensure efficient routes and provide expert arrival updates to customers. Your attention to detail will shine through as you debrief with each expert after a job, reschedule customers as needed, and confirm next-day jobs. With a revenue-driven work style, you'll update call boards and handle permit applications and utility locates.

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit

  • 1+ years of dispatcher experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with Google Workplace: sheets, drive, chats, and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Great communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
  • Schedule software experience and working with a CRM system
  • Previous experience working in an office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to meet changing demands
  • Previous experience with Service Titan and/or working for a service company is a plus
