The Brothers That Just Do Gutters of MetroWest Boston is looking for an excellent communicator to join our team in Worcester, MA as a full-time Sales Staff Member.

YOUR DAY

As a Sales Staff Member at our high-end gutter installation and repairs company, you start your day meeting clients for estimates, showcasing your pricing expertise and professionalism. You communicate promptly with customers, building trust through timely responses, while maintaining open and regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel. You collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate job-related information is conveyed. Your commitment to high standards of customer service, punctuality in keeping appointments, and prompt return of phone calls reflect your dedication to the company's integrity and professionalism. Engaging with potential leads, you prioritize honesty and transparency, emphasizing product value and quality tailored to customer needs. Your diligent follow-ups and lead nurturing efforts demonstrate your commitment to exceeding sales targets. By participating in networking events, you expand the company's outreach. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous sales experience
  • Deadline-focused and results driven
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with fellow staff and crew members, stakeholders, customers, etc.
  • Proficiency in various software and tools - tech savvy
  • Demonstrated growth mindset
  • Passionate about contributing actively to a dynamic and competitive team environment
  • Positive attitude
