As a Construction Sales Support Associate you will be responsible to support our Outside Sales Representatives selling hardware, building materials, and lumber to customers.

Responsibilities of Sales Support:
  • Develop a working knowledge of company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
  • Communicate with Builders and our Outside sales representative about their projects.
  • Assist with quoting, production sales orders, purchasing of special-order materials
  • Listen to and assist customers.
  • Coordinate delivery of material with our OSR and their contractor
  • Other sales support duties
  • Maintain relationships with Vendors and their product catalogs
Qualifications & Requirements of Sales Associate:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous commercial construction or sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 80 pounds.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to react quickly to problems and respond to them accurately and professionally.
  • Ability to operate office equipment.
  • Friendly outgoing personality that enjoys working with people.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong verbal skills.
