_JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Effectively and efficiently contribute to new client business proposals and new project proposals for existing clients, on time and with limited oversight;
  • Effectively propose and close on new business opportunities with existing clients;
  • Lead internal team discussions regarding client project strategy and execution;
  • Proactively set agendas for client meetings to drive project goals and client satisfaction;
  • Effectively delegate and supervise completion of routine client project tasks, such as meeting note taking, to junior colleagues;
  • Effectively lead client meetings without oversight, as appropriate;
  • Supervise junior team members, as assigned;
  • Provide strategic input in regular internal and client discussions
  • Support client billing and budget management

_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Six or more years of account management experience, preferably in an agency setting;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to make sound judgments regarding work priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Solid understanding of media types so as to lead discussions re: media tactics, execution and performance measurement;
  • Ability to understand and articulate rationale for a preferred media strategy for a particular client;
  • Demonstrated judgment to make decisions and to escalate issues when appropriate.

  • Must be able to speak, write and read English proficiently;
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time;
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone.
