This is a long-term, full-time position with full benefits Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.

Pay Rate: 

  • Pay is $18.54/hr
Shift and Schedule:
  • Shift 1 - Days (Floater) Monday to Friday. Start Time 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Must be open to work the following shifts as well 
    • Day shift 07:00 AM to 7:30 PM
    • Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Job duties: 

  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining. 
  • Collecting and evaluating operating data to condon-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization. 
  • Improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability. 
  • The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Judgment and initiative in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills. 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Military training in a technical field such as Electronics, Mechanical, or similar Technical field preferred 
  • Certification in a technical field such as Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, or related field of study preferred 
  • Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, manufacturing environment, semiconductor environment or related field is preferred 

Candidate must be willing to: 

  • Work in a cleanroom environment wearing PPE - face mask or respirator, booties, safety glasses, and gloves. 
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Spend the majority of the time (greater than 90%) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and/or standing, or sitting for 9 hours.
